Shipments

Processing time for list all items and packages are in about 1 week.
Buyer pays for any International custom fees. The cost of packaging/handling is included in shipping fees.
In cases of international orders, the customs fees, etc., if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyers.

Refund and Replacement

All the sales are final. Refunds and replacement are not applied, except for those reason:
If you receive different item than your order (photo, size and product), is eligible for a refund or replacement.
Claims made after 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for a return.
Memento Tea Gallery is not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped via post office's services countries at any time and under any circumstance.

It all your responsability, if there is different address than signed during payment, please, let us know about it, we do not take responsability if package will go in another address.
If the package will return me for every reasons, it needs a re-payment for shipping costs for re-send it.
